Return Policy

Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we at 4 Classy Gifts have a strict RMA Required policy for any product returned. You must call or email us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and send us pictures of your item. You must include the product in your shipment back to us with the RMA number inside the package. Only packages with an RMA number will be processed. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund without an RMA.

1. Broken/Damaged Items:   We replace products for breakage within 2 days of your receipt of shipment. You must call for an RMA number within 2 days of receipt of the broken product in order to return your product for a like item or for a cash refund.. 
2. Restocking Items:  You can restock items within 2 days of your receipt of shipment.  You must call for an RMA number within 2 days of receipt of the shipment in order to return your product to be restocked.  You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
